Um, no. That's just us.
Nono, think about it:
The main characters are naked girls.
They all have fine asses... and the show makes sure we know this.
In the intro, three of those girls make suggestive, inviting poses.
Lots of fetishes have been on display... girls in the mud, hoof-focus, pedophilia, bondage (oh god the bondage...)
They persistently display human characteristics (not just personalities, but being able to go bipedal at will or make humanlike stances and gestures), as if to downplay the fact that they're ponies...
... yeah...
Or maybe I need to take some tylenol and shut the eff up before I go nuts.

Somehow I knew all those point would be brought up. But I'm pretty sure a lot of that might be projection on the part of some of the adult fans.
I'm pretty sure it's a joke as it's a bit absurd.
