Speaking of Stephen King, I saw The Mist yesterday. God, does it suck. Read the actual book, waaaay better ending. And the special effects are kind of lame for the monsters.

Stephen King is a decent author, it's just that he either rushes a few pieces out while some larger work has his attention, and most of the adaptation of his work are just plain awful.

The whole reason he wanted Beethoven was to test out a new ammo his arms dealer buddy was trying to sell, to demonstrate how powerful it was by blasting apart a St. Bearnard's head with it.
