Apples to apples is hilarious, though that's all I remember of it. Don;t actually remember how it's played off the top of my head.
With Pinkie's love of fun and games I can see her either being intimately familiar with poker and completely hustling the rest of the table, or just going for what she considers random card combinations on a whim and inadvertantly winding up with a straight flush or full house.
