Even better than Gary Oak? Or Mewtwo?

@ Purple: All the ones where they do exist didn't make it out of Japan.

@Bad Mewtwo WAS a badass. Mew was a troll [lol]

Did Gary ever SHOW that he was badass? Or was it one of those implied things?

There was that time where he beat Ash and that time where he put up a really good fight against Ash. He also did something on the SS Anne I think.

Villainous Breakdowns are so weird for me, because depending on the villain I can either love them or despise them [lol]

Eh, I wouldn't consider "[Insert character here] appears in the game" with no context attached to be a spoiler.

Good Villainous Breakdown: Rattigan.

Bad Villainous breakdown: Zant (YMMV I thought he was just a little bit of a whiny bitch)
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.

Since you started linking songs from this before, I've been listening to a bunch. But I really like this. Agh, I wasn't really planning on getting B2/W2, either.

Lollipop Chainsaw beaten! Twas a fun game.
I second this statement.

@Earlier Some episodes of the original anime had guns (prompty banned) And the fact that Pokemon themselves are weapons is part of Ghetsis's whole schtick

Yeah, Zant's breakdown was underwhelming. He had been pretty cool, then he turned into Scootaloo at the end...

and that Brock never opened his eyes.
Well, almost never

Do guns exist in the Pokemon universe? That was never very clear.
They apparently do

My only wish for Lollipop Chainsaw is for there to be a boss rush so I can fight the Level 3 boss without actually having to play the goddamned level.

Light Yagami's villainous breakdowns are hilarious as hell though.

I actually have seen quite a bit of the episodes of the Pokemon anime. I don't really remember Gary Oak being a badass. He seemed more like a Smug snake if anything. The whiny kind, that is.

Nothing like having both a whiny annoying protagonist AND a whiny annoying Rival, am I right?tongue

Light Yagami's breakdown is the single most satisfying thing I have EVER fucking watched. I crushed my laptop I was so excited, I needed to have it fixed before I could see how it ended [lol]

Who's breakdown was underwhelming?

I didn't like Azula's breakdown

Yeah, Light's breakdown was epic. I really liked it; I just wish it wouldn't have taken so long to get there.

I am not a big fan of Whiny bitch failures. I am more preferable to the "Everything is ruined and all I want to do now is murder the Hero"

How well does Light's "Breakdown" translate in the Live Action movies? I am curious.

@steve. Yeah. The lack of a boss rush is disappointing. Maybe they didn't feel it was necessary with only six bosses, I guess. I didn't think the third level was that bad, though.

@other topic. I have never seen any of the breakdowns you all are talking about. What's so bad/great about them?
