Incidentally, you guys should check out Papo and Yo

. It's inspired by the lead designers childhood with an alcoholic father. That in and of itself is something to support; games based off of deeply personal and emotional experiences. It's also made by a company that I've just applied to, so if I DO get the job...

I dint much about the undustry but I hve herd of indie developers/ fans that mod games to get an studios's attention.

It's a pretty common way of breaking in. I have a mod up on my portfolio website - though I really need to FINISH it so that people can play it and see what it's like, which means I need to get the computer that can actually handle the devkit it's made in.

But yeah, it is something I'm looking into. I actually have another idea for a mod that I want to work on too, a game idea I've had for a while.

The graphics on it are pretty impressive for a team of 20 people, yeah. They definitely work for the game too, which is always a plus(read: the only thing I care about in regards to graphics)

Finally caught up with the thread.

Sky Strike: Well, since I have nothing to add to this, I'm just going to talk about The Last Roundup, since it was just on.

... The moral is one of my favorites in the series, since it's one of the few I can relate to.

Yes, that episode hit close to home. I know AJ's position far too well.

Also, the "get the heck out of Dodge" was a nice joke, but that too got glossed over.

That whole chase scene was full of good stuff. "We'll pay you triple if you slow down!" "Lady, you're trouble!" RD and FS just flying over the train...

Somepony else: The amount of Twi-Luna shipping is just staggering.

The only Luna ship that strikes me as plausible is Luna/Luna.

EDIT: Bluh, if that wasn't the biggest brainfart I've ever posted, it's darn close. The only Trixie ship that strikes me as plausible is Trixie/Trixie. No real thoughts on Luna.

I like Lyra, though her not having much canon characterization might have something to do with it. Orion has arguably transcended the sockpuppet status into a full-fledged poster.

Rarity feels quite out-of-character for reasons I can't seem to put my finger on. Surprise is just... creepy. (Too bad we can't have people arrested for being "creepy".)

Everyone else is... tolerable, I guess.
