Hmm, we know from Hearth's Warming Eve that ponies are about 4 feet tall. The mouses that Twilight transmuted into horses were more than twice that tall. Somewhere around 9 or 10 feet. Those are big horses.

@Swasfews: Well someone set up a foosball table in there, but I don't know when we last used it for its intended purpose.

Would the horses be intelligent? And would they look like larger ponies or have realistically shaped heads?

@crow: If lurkers are anything like cockroaches you want to turn off all the lights and be very quiet for a few minutes, then turn them back on and you'll see them try to scurry away.

So Blueblood's cutie mark (it still makes me cringe a little every time I think of a male character having a cutie mark) is a Compass Rose (which totally sounds like a pony name). Does that mean his talent is traveling? That's actually pretty cool, maybe he's an explorer? Just because he's an asshole doesn't mean he can't be interesting...
