So I started work at 8, then had to go to some stupid work meeting about safety and policy right after at 4, and when that was over the only two people at concessions were overrun but some unexpected glute of humans and even though I had every right to leave, I stayed to help because I can't stop helping people, and after an hour of brain draining servicing I was done with work, by 7:30.
This job is not worth 11.5 hour shifts at 8 bucks an hour. I'm going to Best Buy, I don't care how much I'm loved and valued at this accursed job, it's not worth it.
On the bright side, I have this parody song in making progress on.
If any of you know about the Four Chord song by The Axis Of Awesome, a constantly evolving compilation of pop songs that use the identical chord progression, I have been writing a Four Chords of Harmony. Yes, this is insane. Try and stop me!

@ Mousa
I won't try to stop you. And I back your quest for a new job. That place is too demanding...8 bucks?
That's like...less than 5 pounds...that's just wrong.
Good luck mate.

Ugh. I'm sorry to hear about that, Mousa. Eleven and a half hour shifts are ridiculous if they are only paying $8/hour, even if they offer overtime which something tells me your job doesn't.

Wow, and I thought 8 hour work days were tiring.

Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.

I'm on a compressed 9 hour schedule where I get a day every other week off. It's not bad.

I'm afraid there's been a tragedy. Moe Dantes will no longer appear in this thread.
You see, I ate him.

Really Surprise, how could you do something so horrid? Out or morbid curiosity, how'd he taste?

Yeah, Andromeda is heading for you. You got over 9000 years until it collides.

Ate him?
Whole? or cupcakes? or maybe something different?
If its the former there might be hope yet. Latter will require more extensive magical remedies.

Saw episodes 3, 4 and 5 of Oban. Just checking in to see how we're all doing.
... Poor Rick (especially sad after looking at all the youtube comments going on about how he's an asshole)
