@crowlover: Depends on the form of reproduction they use instead. Either you have a species which doesn't hav recombintion, resulting in slower adaptation to the environment. Or, you have a species whose own mitochondria are spending more time trying to outompete each other in reproduction rates than in doing their job. In mammals, it's even worse. There's a reason that there are no asexually reproducing mammals. Different parts of the genome are specialised to be inherited by a specific parent to ensure that one parent doesn't take advantage of the situation to much. In the case of a genom entirely inherited from females, the offspring would be a shriveled up husk.
