I'd like to see a Big Mac episode. My idea for it:

Applebloom and the CMC do something bad, like damaging the Sweet Apple Acres barn. Big Mac follows them all day Determinator style, overcoming ridiculous obstacles. In the end, however, he was just following them to protect them from Applejack's wrath.

I think it's been suggested multiple times though.

Big Macintosh episode would be nice. Lauren Faust had one episode planned - main recurring joke is that he doesn't say anything while the other three girls in the family are very verbose.

But it never came to fruition.
