@Crow Depends. Oop North gets really harsh winters. Where I live doesn't get any snow (I've seen snow only two or three times in my entire life) but it still gets very cold.

@Whatshisgame: That was my basic idea, yes. Her special talent is making ice cream seem appealing. She mostly does it using her beautiful voice as she loves singing.

EDIT: I wasn't planning on her being evil. Just a succesful businessmare.
