@Zel: Aw. Well, you don't have to be here 24/7. You could just pop in whenever you feel like it.

Then there was that Chariot guy, who thought Hurricane Fluttershy needed to "involve the hurricane" more, or something. Did anyone ever figure out exactly what he wanted?
And Applejack is here too!

Actually another thing that bugged me about the resolution is that we see the power of Shining Armor and Cadence's love for each other, but to be honest I just don't by that their love is that super special awesome. I mean sure we get told that Chrysalis has already siphoned over 9000 giga-hearts worth of the stuff from SA, but we don't actually see that deep love on display until it comes time to perform Sekiha love love tenkyoken. To be honest I would have been more convinced if Twilight and SA or hell even Twilight and Cadence did since their relationships were built up a lot more then the two who were actually getting married.

Was Chariot female? I don't remember.

Perhaps Chariot was some sort of living chariot!

The Hurricane thing was a rather odd argument.

Welp, the page is up. I'll go add it to some indexes. Bye for now.

@Mio Yeah. That's pretty much a symptom of "Oh God, we have a plot that requires at least an hour and a half to get the full potential out of, but we only have 44 minutes." It sucks, but that's just the way TV works.

Except this wasn't platonic love. This was romantic love. Those two were getting married after all.
Not my point. While romantic love has a physical (some would say sexual) component to it, to say that it's mostly about hugging and kissing and scoodilypooping would be doing it a great disservice. In fact, we have a separate term to describe just the hugging and kissing and scoodilypooping: lust.

"Oh God, we have a plot that requires at least an hour and a half to get the full potential out of, but we only have 44 minutes."
And that is why I think this would have been awesome as a proper movie. (Well, part of the reason why, anyway.)

@Lurker: True. Still I would have preferred that they resolved it in some other fashion, even if they resorted to the elements again.

The talk about it being a movie actually brings up the observation I made that the finale felt less like an actual season finale and more like one of those spinoff movies that anime franchises like One Piece or Pokemon would have.

So Hasbro wants to reproduce MLP's success with their next reboot of something, namely Care Bears. You guys think it's possible, or is Hasbro getting full of itself to just expect it to happen?

Well obviously everyone wants their shows to be wildly sucessful. It isn't going to happen though. And that one post was just someone acting alone, not approved PR, anyway.

Okay, for the sake of being able to coordinate adding tropes to My Little Investigations and to be able to discuss the other chapters as well as Turnabout Storm, I'll lurk.

So, is anyone going to help with adding tropes?

Has Care Bears ever been as popular as MLP? I mean, as a toyline, I've heard of MLP long before Fi M, yet I hadn't heard of Care Bears until that one caricature on a Simpsons episode.

Sometimes I worry about where the creative energies in this wiki are going. We can make up a very long page for something that doesn't really exist but there are pages that are in serious need of such love.
