The awesomeness of The Worst Bakers of Equestria is hard to describe. But basically there's a compitition on who can bake the worst and it sounds like the greatest spectator sport ever. I don't want to spoil the awesomeness of the events. Because the fic describes them so much better than I could. But it's like watching people try to work with food that actively hates them enough to defy the laws of physics. And Rainbow Dash is the current champion.

Oh, and I agree with you about the fact that the two halves don't completely split ponies into good and bad.

I still have VHS's, as well as a DVD/VHS combo. Especially with certain movies like Godzilla vs Biollante that some assholes decide to not release on DVD. Seriously Toho, what the hell is taking you so dam long to release that film on DVD?!

I don't think any of my old VH Ss have survived. Didn't really have a need for them once DVDs came along.

My parents still have working VCRs and I used to watch VHS all the time back in the day. Even back then I remember some of the tapes being so old and overplayed that they were starting to fail. I'm really glad everything's digital or DVD these days. Their collection is monstrous and now takes up a decent sized corner of a storage unit.

I still have piles of VHS tapes lying around. I haven't watched any of them in years, but I can't bring myself to throw them away. Too much nostalgia.

@Ginger: Trixie is a competitor and she is the antagonist that's focused on the most, but she's not the biggest antagonist. Other competitors include Derpy and Luna (in disguise).

EDIT: Discord can also compete in the arrogance competition. but I think that Purple's assesment is pretty accurate.
