There's a fan-translation of Volume One linked on the trope page for the comic of Cyber Six. Yes, it is definitely nsfw, lol, but the sfw cartoon is sweeeeeeet in an old-school way :D

Pinkie is useful in the esper cave. But remember to unequip fafnir if you have it equipped. Fire elementals abound in that place. Also stray cat is best Random. AJ or Dashie? I say Dashie, Because its DASHIE.

I, however, think that Flutershy is the second oldest. She just hit her growth spike earlier than the others. The reason that I think that Applejack is older than the others is because she was the last to get her cutie mark in her class. The same has never been implied for any of the others. Meaning that Applejack probably is older than any of the others by enough to be in a different class year.
