Actually, I want that to happen to Celestia.

I remember having an idea that any illness bad enough to make an alicorn feverish would be downright deadly to normal ponies, so when Celestia gets sick she quarantines herself to her room and puts Luna in charge.

Ill!Celestia would be cute (with the hot waterbag on her head and everything)
