If it makes you feel any better Apple, I'm kind of in the same boat. I'm moving away from pretty much all my friends, will be just as far away from my family as ever, and without a job or a place to live for a while. Plus they speak a different language in half of Montreal.
This is why the internet is great. Even with no friends, you still have friends.

@ lurker, well good news, DT's death was the worst one in the series, that's pretty much where I stopped the first time, started back up a bit later, and after that is were the story starts to really pick up.

Don't feel bad Apple..at least you've HAD some real freinds to talk to and hang with....i've got you guys and a few guildies and that's it...for several years it's been like that.

I guess...whatever job I take up afterwards could be a start.
And when I go back to college, I could socialise again. Plus I have my brother, and some cousins in the meantime. But...there are people I've known for three quarters of my life who I'm saying goodbye to.

@Apple: Yeah, that sucks. Reminds me of how I felt when my high school friends all went to different colleges. Haven't seen any of them almost since last summer. I think I've seen them maybe once.

@Friends. I have a grand total of 2 friends I still keep up with from high school. This is quite a difference considering I knew my entire graduating class by name.

Don't worry about it Apple, I know exactly how you feel.
My First move out to Vancouver was that rough... well, sort of. I at least have some people I know coming with me this time. Moving to Vancouver, nobody. I didn't really mind, though. Still in apathy mode at that point.
