though..I really do think the "protect them from themselves and all pain that comes with being free" type villian would work for the show. Thinking he turns ponies into little statues that he keeps locked up safe and secure...yeah could really see that making a good episode...YES, life is hard, and yes you can get hurt from a lot of things, but it's worth the risks.
