@Ginger: It's...complicated. Long story short, the wiki is cracking down on pornographic works, and since a lot of booru sites (including Ponibooru) have lots of porn on them and don't really have much tropable material anyway, they're all being lumped into one informational page rather than getting their own pages.

You mean the PPPP guys? Last I heard, they were getting artists. They wern't doing well in getting members, but I have no idea of the numbers they do have. I doubt it would be more than 5 including the person who started it though, and thats fairly optimistic for them... Even If they do get the artist they need, they still may not do it. I sure hope not...

Sokme very important stuff happens in chapter 7, yes. You start to see it's effects in chapter 9.
