It is epic. Seriously, I'm reposting it here because holy crap.

@Blue: I'd love to see somebody make a PMV of the entire album.

Personally, I just listen to random VG and soundtrack music.

My goodness I have forgotten how unhealthily addicting Star Control II is. On the other hand, Much *Enjoyment* was had.

Yeah, I figured it'd be a Rush song. They just beat their songs into the ground.

"Why have a five minute song when we can make it thirty, huh guys?"

To be fair, 2112 is their longest song, and it's comprised of separate movements that tell a story. Their stuff usually runs about 3-5 minutes.

G'night JT.

It'd be fun to have a rock-out episode where the Mane Six put on a performance.

Is it me or did the forums just die?

Yeah, they haven't released anything longer than 10 minutes since the eighties, and 2112 is basically like 7 songs that are put together. It's no different from a 20-minute long classical piece that has different movements.

Okay, going to bed for real this time. tongue Goodnight.

Servers are jittery occasionally. Would they be more stable if they were Linux boxes instead of Win Server 2008?

Derail continues: The Ilwrath are a royal pain in the ass to deal with. Is there a ship that works well against them?

Yeah, the forums died for about a minute there.

The weird part is that I could still post even though I couldn't see the thread.

^No Idea. I just used Fwiffo for everything, until the mothership got upgraded to instakill status.

The distance between an ilwrath decloaking and flamethrower contact range is tiny. VERY TINY.

Illwrath are so annoying. I just fly around randomly firing and hope for the best. What I don't get is how you're even supposed to pilot them in melee though.

Woah, what's this "Bishop" page all the text is linking to? Something not right here...

One of the mods must be putzing around with the site. They do that from time to time. Might explain the crashes, too.

Looks like someone forgot a closing tag in their HTML, so now everything's wrapped inside that new shop button they've added. A pretty simple mistake.

Actually, upon closer inspection of the HTML, it just looks like they added the button to both the post header and the post body, wrapping the entirety of the body's contents in an unnecessary button. A little less of an easy mistake to make.

Edit: and they've fixed it.

Oh, looks like I missed the fun.

In other news, I just saw a quote that's a bit unusual for an academic paper. To express our appreciation, we sent the X Window developers a dirty sock.

I've actually seen most of those before. A couple of them are kind of weird, but overall, they're nice.
I think collection might fit better as a descriptor than amalgamation, though.
