Mental feedback loops. it's where you start down a negative train of thought, that just leads to another, then another, and keps circling round and round the same negative thoughts, creating biorythmic feedback that increases you anxeity levels and physcial stress, which makes you more susceptiable to mental stress and anxeity, whch makes you focus even more on the negative, etc..

You basicly get stuck in a loop stress and anxeity that keeps building on itself.

Hi Pinkie! Questions - How much planning went into making the MMMM, and were there any prototypes you could tell us about?

I'm resuming where I left off.

You know, on a forum I used to be on (which I can't access anymore because apparently somebody within my IP range is a huge troublemaker. not me though.) the MLP General had this guy who would regularly recommended fanfics. I think that's a neat idea, so I'll post a few, since I'm going to be gorging on fanfiction until October.

On a Cross and Arrow. Twilight and her five friends are transported during a botched spell, across dimensions to... Ponyville, Equestria? But not the same one that they knew. Sitting on a bench is Harpsy and Babar. The Doctoress avoids apples from an aspiring Applebuck. And in a library across town, six stallions join their forces as they try to decipher the appearance of filly look-alikes of themselves around Ponyville!

Purpose. Even though it's late at night, Twilight Sparkle is wide awake and immersed in her... Let's call it work. That is, until a certain earth pony shows up, with a big problem on her hooves.

Sunny Skies All Day Long. Princess Celestia tires of constantly being surrounded by decorum, deference, and formality, and decides to take a day off from being Princess. But visiting Ponyville incognito is harder than she expects. Will she be able to fit in and make friends without blowing her cover?

Finding Your Elements. It's no mere coincidence that the possessors of the Elements of Harmony all wound up in Ponyville. With careful planning, convincing, and a bit of luck Princess Celestia led six mares along the right path that would forever make them the best of friends. But first she had to find them.
