I know what you mean. In Paris, there are guys from Africa who come up to you all friendly like, and offer to give you a bracelet as a 'gift'. As soon as that is on, they suddenly turn very aggressive and demand money for it.

One did it to my ma...she ripped it off and hit him in the face with it. Then me, my brother and my dad were on him in a moment. Send him packing.

@Gordon: Technically speaking, there is nothing different between a dove and a pigeon, and, in fact, the words are practically interchangeable.

For example, rock pigeons, which are the type of pigeon that lives in cites and most people associate the word pigeon with, are called rock doves as well, and their current official name, as of 2011, is Blue Rock Doves.
