I just looked up Andale on the Fallout Wiki and discovered the Brotherhood of Steel and the Brotherhood Outcasts. I guess that's what the Steel Rangers are?

Ditzy Do (a ghoul pony) gets supercharged with radiation then performs a Toxic Rainboom above the city of New Appleoosa. It destroys the ships attacking the city and rips a whole in the thick cloud blanket that's permanently covering Equestria, a blanket which seperates the Pegasi from the ground, allowing the sun to shine down on Equestria for the first time in centuries. The sight of the rainboom itself also inspires hope in ponies all across the wasteland, and the hole lets the oblivious-to-the-war pegasi look down upon Equestria for the first time in their lives.

Kinda..no clue who the outcasts are, thik they are from one of the minor games. but the BOS are more a nuetral faction, there not evil, but they have no qualms about doing fucked up shit if it serves tehre purpose of "protecting" advanced tech. Well the West coast anyway, the East coast faction believes like Steelhooves.
