I checked out the fic Romance Reports earlier. It's TECHNICALLY a clopfic, but it has a lot of plot. In both senses of the word. It's got emotion to it; I like that.

@Drenius Tbh, the part that everyone said was incredibly disgusting barely phazed me. The scene in question affected me for a different reason but the gore was not part of it

I think I can handle the gore. It's the misery I'm worried about
