@Storyyeller: Yes. Pinkie Pie's Pinkie Sense became far more powerful. Enough for her to know when she's being watched in the future among oher things.

As for Princess Permafrost, Hearts and Hooves Day also had an alicorn I'm naming Princess Cornucopia.

Personally, I envisioned the story of Snowcatcher taking place pre-Luna's release which is why Celestia hasn't intervened. But the story could easily have been exagerated.
