@ Story. there not. Well with the exception of Scoots and ONLY scoots with respect to Stable 1, ALL the Stables were desinghed to save pony lives, the "experiments" were all to see what the best type of governemnt would be to prevent another war. Non of them were to be allowed to compromise the primary mission of the Stables, to save pony lives. The Stable you in....well...it wasn't Stable tecs fault any of that happened. At least not directly.
