That's the thing about the daleks. Have you noticed? The doctor acts strangely casual around them most of the time but seems terrified in the presense of the Cyberman, despite the fact that Daleks are vastly superior

I beg to differ. The first dalek the doctor ran into in the new series (Chris eccleston) caused him to downright PANIC.

Doomsday. The Doctor was fine with the Cybermen. It was the Daleks that made him worry.

In "Victory of the Daleks", Matt Smith's Doctor completely loses it when he meets the Dalek. He bashes it with a hammer and everything.

I don't think he fears them now. He just downright hates them.

And VOTD is a really underrated episode.

becuase he knows that the Daleks are scared shitless of him and will pretty much always give him the opportunity to talk...except Dalek Fred of course...Cybermen, not so much.

General Strax can produce copious amounts of lactic fluid.

Favorite Doctors are Pat Troughton, Paul Mc Gann, Sylvester Mc Coy, Christopher Eccelston, and sometimes Colin Baker. My opinion of six has improved with the Big Finish audio dramas my friend gave me. Peter Davison is surprisingly boring, he lacks a high amount of that "Doctor X-Factor" that makes a doctor The definite Doctor.

@Purple I agree. VOTD is one of my favourite episodes. The Daleks played EVERYONE in that episode
