Yes it does in fallout 3. 3-Dog is constantly updating on your status throughout the game.

@Storyyeller Three Dog in Fallout 3 did. More or less all he reported was on you, and a few incidents that happen before you arrive. This includes you getting coke for a lady. Slow news day indeed.

Mr Vegas from Fallout new Vegas Hardly reports on you at all however. Even things which you make happen you will be lucky to get a passing mention.

And I have no idea for any other fallout games.

EDIT: Hmm, I really should remember that this thread is NOT slow, so don't be surprised if you get ninja'ed if you take a while on a post...

@Sixth: Same here. I'm just not that interested in the concept. Not to mention that fanfic revolving around O Cs is a really tough sell for me. I spent the entire run of the series getting attached to the cast and I want to read stories about them, dangit.

I find that the fact that the series is around O Cs makes it more fascinating. They are not limited by the bounds of show characterization and therefore can do anything they damn well please.
