As for the original Greek centaurs, most were rapists, yes. But not all were.

And I think that Lyra would still be interested in centaurs as they have human hands.

Man, I can't watch hardly any finale videos on Youtube without being distracted by "Did Rainbow Dash actually kiss Fluttershy during the fight scene?" flame wars in the comments. Youtube comments deserve their own special circle of hell with Ponibooru comments and /b/tards, locked in an eternal flame war.

Youtube comments can be fun most of the time, and if there's a flame war in one video, I can just find another similar one. This time, however, it's in almost all of the videos.

@Lurker: Beezlebub and Asmodeus confirmed it, a new VIP spot in Cocytus was opened up for especially bad cases of comment-trolling.

Hopefully Season Three lampshades this Reality Subtext with the CMC going down to Ponywood, where Sweetie gets a singing role and Applebloom and Scoots get a small role in a movie :D

I'd just list it as an Almost Kiss or something. I mean, Flutters certainly anticipates the kiss (look at her expression :3), and Dashie totally has a Longing Look right there

If MLP ponies can breed with humans, then it means one of two things:

1. Their magic sorts out the biological incompatability issues like with dragons.

2. They aren't ponies, but hominids that happen to look slightly equine. This would mean tat it would be like a zebra and a horse mating or something like that.

My quick analysis states that the Equestrian Pony genome is either more complex than ours (incorporating Racial modifiers and Natural Magic) or more simple than ours (Because most of the variation is acheived with their natural magic once again).

Either way, I anticipate a lot of incompatible genetic carryover because our genome structure would be vastly different either way, meaning a true genome hybrid would only be acheiveable with magic and gene-hacking cheatyfacing.
