I aim for 8 hours of sleep a night. I usually get closer to 7 depending on when I have to wake up.

You need at-least 7-9 hours of sleep, to make it throughout the day.

I usually get close to 10 hours of sleep. Probably more than I need, and I always feel like I'm wasting time, but I have a hard time forcing myself to get up earlier.
