I got it well with my family in general. Don't have much in common with my sister, she's always upbeat all the goddam time and friendly, I'm sullen and keep to myself. Really different tastes in media. We get along, still.

Same with my parents. They're lenient most of the time, not always getting on my case. And I can be open with them. Sometimes...

Out of curiosity have we already had the inevitable Season 1 vs Season 2 discussion yet? Are we saving that for later? Or does no one want to have it?

@Ginger: There is a part of me that says she cut all ties with them, but considering the show she probably does.

I'm actually slowly rewatching Season One already :V

I don't mind rewatching the series more than once :D

Well, most of my family is pretty much exactly like me. We all have a despicable sense of humour, we're all sort of amazing jerks... the differences mostly come down to degrees, really. I'm pretty much exactly like my Dad, so he and I get along the best.

@Mio Sure, why not? I like Season 2 a lot more, but that's because Studio B knew they had a large fanbase to pander to and impress, instead of just making a show for money. Following this logic, Season 3 will be better than the previous 2.

@story It's easier to follow than Ben Drowned, and Red is an awesome villain

I watch the show almost every week day though on Hub.

Once upon a time there was a prince, who had a wife with a golden mane, and she was so beautiful that her equal was not to be found anywhere in Equestria.

It happened that she fell ill, and when she felt that she was about to die, she called the prince to her and said, "If you want to remarry after my death, then do not take anyone who is not as beautiful as I am, and who does not have such a golden mane as mine. That you must promise me."

After the prince had promised her this, she closed her eyes and died.
