IMO, Season 1 and 2 were equally awesome, just in differnt ways, I preferred the group dynamic, more ensemble episodes of season 1, but some of season 2 has by far the best episodes. Really it's all awesome.

But yes, I'd have to say takin as an average, season 2 episodes are better on average then season 1, but it's still a case by case basis, some season 2 ones are far better then the best season 1, while other season 1's are stilll better then the average season 2.

Season Two had massive bumps in production quality across the board, and story wise holds up about equally. Season One did have my favorite episode (A Dog and Pony Show) but I think this finale just blew it away.
