It is, except you have to spend lots of time and money keeping it rainbow. If I was RD, I would be a natural rainbow!

except it's NOT, yes the molestia and trollestia stuff does get used a lot, but almost always as JOKES! Any fic or non-joke comics I've ever read treats her with respect, yes there are fic's that use those, but those are almost universally derided.
