@chariot It just came from the fact that Zuko said his sister was a fire-bending prodigy. Everything apparently came easy to her, while he had to work hard for everything (shrug)

That's just Zuko's bitterness showing through. Azula is a crazy perfectionist, that's the real reason behind her skill. He just thinks that because their father favored her.

You also have to consider that whle Ozai is fond of Azula, he really doesn't care about Zuko. Like, at all. And he isn't afraid to tell him he's worthless just to screw with him.

Koh mentions having dealings with the avatar in a past life. Basically what happened was, he kidnapped the Avatar's fiancee/wife (can't remember which) and took her face. Then the Avatar came by and tried to kill Koh.

@Seraph Okay, I can understand a villain having it, but I've never seen it used well when it comes to heroes. That's just me though

ok just to get it over fast and avoid another explosion. Toph may seem at first to be another gifted, and she is really good, but it's not The Gift while she does have natural talent the big reason she's such a great Earthbender is she learned it directly from the original source of earthbending.

Probaly from having salt end up in someone's food somehow and how they shouldn't let that soil it for them. I know back in the day salt was used to preserve meat so maybe the meat had a salty taste afterwards?
