Yes, Twilight can see Psyche-Locks now, and she may have been seeing them on Trixie, but I'm not sure.

And yes, Sonata was threatening to have Phoenix arrested because he came into the room with a key that RD stole from under the mat. Not sure how she kept it while in the Detention Center, but...
