Pinkie would want Rarity to make her a jello belt, but only because she'd want to eat it. Which Rarity would be conflicted about, because she'd want to fulfill Pinkie's request and challenge her artistic design skills, but she also wouldn't like the idea of making an article of clothing that would just get eaten.

As to how something like that would be made, I've heard of jello molds and there could be one in the shape of a belt big enough for someone to wear.

@ Crowlover: Yeah, I'm jello belt, but lean more towards standard american (I forget what the real name for that is). I couldn't hear any difference except that the double l was a bit longer.

If it's gem-encrusted clothing, though, would Spike want to eat the clothing part or just the gems? I don't ever remember him eating cloth.

Edit: I just looked up the term "jello belt" and it seems to be a term referring to an area in the Western US around Utah.
