Whoah awesome. Have the MLP/Harvest Moon people said anything about if/when they will release the game? Or is there a link somewhere?
It's called "Budding Friendships", they apparently have a dev blog.

... Is it weird that one of the first things I wondered was if you could have gay relationships in the game? XD

How are you trapped when you're reading it of your own free will?

You're not trapped, Ginger. Just stop reading if you don't enjoy it.

Hm. I should look those books up. They sound interesting.

At the very least I'll watch Game of Thrones once it hits Netflix...

Also, if I do get a callback for Man of La Mancha, which I suspect I won't, it should be within the next few days.

I... can't... for reasons beyond my control I will fall into endless depression if I stop.

And I enjoy about 3/5 of what's happening

So... You'll be even more miserable if you stop reading the thing that makes you miserable.

You are House/Dr. Cox, aren't you?

So... you're either miserable, or depressed.

[up][up] It' not the fat that it's making me miserable to begin with. It's because I can't bare giving up on a story once I become invested

Now I can't help but giggle when thinking of a crossover with Kid Icarus. Am I weird?

If you're invested, then you must be enjoying it. Why would you maintain investment in something you don't enjoy?

@Pannic: Ooh, you auditioned for Man A La Mancha? Which part?

[up][up] I'm capable of being invested in something I don't enjoy... call it a quirk of mine. sad

I just feel a painful compulsion to continue following these characters

[up][up][up]The parts they had open that were in my voice range were the Governor/Innkeeper and Pedro and the muleteers.

They wanted a guy in the 35-60 age range for the former, though, so the only thing I really have any chance at is Pedro or a Muleteer. Problem is my voice was kinda tired by the time I got to the audition...

Well, fingers crossed. If I don't get a callback I'll just have to keep looking for shows.

Well, good luck with it! Pedro is Quixote's squire, right? that'd be a pretty nice part to get.

No, that's Sancho Panza. He's a tenor.

Pedro is this lout who runs a gang. They hassle Aldonza until they get beat up by Don Quixote. And then they abduct, beat, and rape her. They are... not nice people.
