Actually, it's the other way around. You need a different IP address (which usually means a different computer) to create a new account, but you can post from any number of different accounts from the same computer.

@David Emperor Allspice is the emperor of The Dragon Empire, which is, unfortunately, dying atm. He can Body Hop into his descendants, and he either destroys their souls For the Evulz, or he's done it often enough that he's deluded himself that he can save them, he just chooses not to. As it happens, Spike is his only living descendant that isn't terminally ill.

He's the villain.

@crowlover My sons are all power hungry monsters. All of them begged and pleaded for the honour of bearing the royal flame. I did my empire a great service by making sure that none of them took control.
