Did she get pregnant again?

On a more related note, I just now noticed something: I think raising Pound and Pumpkin is starting to get to the Cakes, considering that in the last episode (which I failed to notice) Mr. Cake's got bags under his eyes and needs a shave. Also because of that moment, I'm starting to paint both of them under Enfant Terrible even though they aren't evil. Seriously, what were they crying for?!

They were crying because babies are unholy abominations with no desire save running their parents sanity into the ground.

Still up.tongue

[up][up] She gets in a car crash right before the episode ends...

[up]I take it you did just that to your parents

I'm pretty sure that every baby ever starts crying at random intervals for no real reason just because they can. With two, it's worse, because if one starts, the other one is probably going to follow.

Basically, everything that even vaguely annoys a person is going to set a baby off. As little as not having enough attention paid to them.

Carrot probably just looked tired because he's a parent. You lose out on a lot of sleep in the first year or so, even if the kid is good.

Hey, I said babies. A 2 and a 4 year old are completely different.

2 and 4 are worse than babies I hear, because at that point they've developed enough to be contrary. And apparently they like it. A lot.

Well, different isn't necessarily better.

Does anyone have a screenshot of the bags under the eyes? I never noticed.

Yeah, that's about standard fatigue for first-year parents.

Babies are always high-maintenance.

I wonder if Pinkie continued to help them with the care taking?

Wow, you're in right.

In other news, my attempt to convert someone failed. After seeing Swarm of the Century, she said it was ok but she didn't really see the appeal. Any ideas for another episode that might be better in case she wants to watch another one? My ideas are either Stare Master or Return of Harmony.

I think the problem in that picture is that the babies don't appreciate being dragged to jewelry stores.

I don't think a CMC episode is the best choice for an introduction. Return of Harmony works better if you're more familiar with the characters being Discord'd. Maybe Lesson Zero?

Oops, double post. I was sort of expecting to get ninja'd there.

Babies don't appreciate much of anything, really.

@Story: I'd say Dragonshy or maybe Bridle Gossip. Both are good episodes for showing off the range of the cast.

I'd recommend Dragonshy or The Last Roundup.

Any ensemble episode is really your best bet. Sonic Rainboom is alright in that regard, though it isn't best to give a breakdown episode first. Mm... suited for success is a good episode.

I guess I'll probably go with Dragonshy if I get the chance then.

suited for success is a good episode.

I don't think Suited For Sucess is the best choice, since it has no real action. She seemed surprised when I mentioned that the show has monsters, so I figured it'd be best to pick an episode that does.

Suited for Success is a good episode, but given that it's about the girliest pony in the show singing about making dresses for her friends, it probably doesn't create the best first impression of the show. It's definitely better than it sounds, but it's not exactly the best starting point.

EDIT: Also, I'm going to bed. Goodnight everybody.
