He's on the first one, so by the time he gets to three they'll hopefully have put out that expanded ending DLC. Which hopefully won't completely suck.

Well Ginger, if you don't romance Liara or Ashley, you can romance Tali in Mass Effect 2 and 3.

Actually you can romance Tali in 2 and 3 even if you romanced Ashley or Liara in 1.

As of right now you never see Tali withour her helmet. Or any other Quarian for that matter. I think I heard somewhere there's a picture of an unmasked Tali in Shepard's quarters somewhere, except she looks totally human.
