Gully Foyle is my name,
and Terra is my nation.
Deep space is my dwelling place,
and death's my destination.
Ah, you guys are going to sleep? What about the night sky? It's such a clear sky tonight. You can't waist this good of an opportunity to see the stars.
Yeah, Andromeda is heading for you. You got over 9000 years until it collides.
I step out for ten minutes and half the thread goes to sleep. Oh well, good night folks that just left.
I've no intention of leaving for at least another hour.
The moon is brilliant here too. Unfortunately, there's too much light pollution to properly view the stars.
'night Sky.

It's only 8:45 here. I don't see why I should leave just yet either ^^
The Element of Procrastination
@Sky: That's great. You should check for planets. If I'm right, you should be able to see Venus and Jupiter.

What an excellent view of the light pollution!
If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".
Yes, I believe that was the book, by Arthur C. Clarke and some other guy. I read it Freshman year of college so.. about 10 years ago give or take.
This Space For Rent!
I already said goodnight to Orion.
I analyze "Geek Culture" here.
When All Else Fails, worry, that's the 14 way.
Even though I live in the 'burbs and pretty close to a city, I can usually see quite a few stars.
VENGEANCE
Element of Indecision.
You can see those two planets that are really bright right now, I guess its Venus and Jupiter as mentioned above even with all of the light pollution. Was outside Grilling a week or two ago and they were aligned with each other so they were hard to miss.
This Space For Rent!
What are all of you talking about? It's still sunny out! Of course you can't see the stars yet.
I need sum portal ponies.
I started reading Light of Other Days but I never got around to finishing it.

@crowfall: Not to be an ass, but you can see "the stars." You have one lighting your planet right now. :P
@Mousa: You said goodnight to me?
