Ponies make bedroom eyes. Sometimes it's intentional sometimes its for a split second.

People pretend to be or actually are attracted to these frames. Then pretend it is a proposition from the pony in question.

I thought of something rather disturbing when I was thinking about how my dog, Luna, is scared of fireworks (that and getting shots are pretty much the only things she's afraid of, she's rather naively fearless that way) and then I thought, wouldn't it be ironic if they scared Pinkie Pie, since they're associated with celebrations? And then I had the scary thought, do pegasi ever get hit by fireworks? I'm pretty sure they've showed up in Equestrian celebrations, and while most pegasi would probably be aware to get out of the range, what if even only one or two of them DIDN'T get out of the way? Poor pegasi.

Yeah, somebody created one with Twilight as a joke and it kinda spiraled from there with everybody making versions with the other characters. And yeah, it's kinda creepy that even the kids get it.
