Oh, like an artificial alicorn or something? That would actually be an interesting fic idea; Earth Pony gets a horn and wings grafted on and is initially very powerful, but their body starts rejecting the new bits...I'm sure it's out there somewhere, but it's a cool idea.

@JT: Yeah, that's the general sort of thing I had in mind. The question is whether he gets the parts through the same routes medical schools does or whether he uses more sinister means. I'll have to think on that. You really think it's worth expanding? It could be any interesting study of power, the lengths people g to get it, and trust.

Because if you can trust Pinkie, why would you not trust Rainbow? It would be cute to have a Rainbow episode mixed with a Scootaloo episode. Like, maybe no one trusts Rainbow Dash to teach Scoots how to fly but she does so. Or something.
