Speaking of horses/ponies, there was a big petting zoo on campus today. I saw two miniature horses and two ponies. And some mules or donkies. They were sweet. Although one looked kind of mad when I tried approaching it, as it kind of stomped it's front hoof and flicked it's tail. Horses can also be kind of scary

Mm. Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and all of the praries have one thing in vast supply: Space. Manitoba's population density is 1.9 people per square kilometer. So... yeah, our farms are big there.

I've had some experience with smaller settings. There was a summer camp I used to go to that had a small horse ranch, and that was nice. Horses are good animals. Occasionally dumb, stubborn and mean, but at least they have personalities. I've met nice horses, mean horses, smart ones, dumb ones... and ones that are just plain lethargic. When they did trail rides on the horses I always got put with the biggest one, and he was probably one of the laziest creatures I've ever met.

I've worked with all kinds of animals. Everyone of them has their quirks. I guess it just comes with being in the Future Farmers of America. I love that organization... But my friends who raised animals themselves (I didn't raise animals) said that every animal they raised was different. One of my friends even called her pig a diva. Penelope the Pig Diva.

Woah, just flipped there a second. Just found out Adult Swim is airing Toonami tonight. Just WOAH. That old school commercial. These old shows...Best April foolz present ever.

Yes. They even did a new review of Mass Effect 3, old-school style!

Dammit, I missed Toonami!Adult Swim :(. I always loved Toonami, but Cartoon Network as a whole has degraded a lot in these past few years…

Hmmm... I never watched Outlaw Star. It came out when I was still pretty young. But Adult Swim sure is nice today ^^

I used to loooooooove Outlaw Star. Eventually my standards increased to the point where I would probably consider it subpar now, but for nostalgia's sake it's still one of my favorite animes.

I'm watching it with absolutely no idea what's going on XD

There's a guy... and a girl... and it's kind of creepy. And the dub is actually not too bad. But the animation sure is nice...

Ahhh, finally watched the episode.

That was excellent :D Admittedly I felt kinda bad for the CMC when they ruined their own reputation in town. AJ sleeping on the job sounds like a major callback to Applebuck Season too. Also poor Scoots still doesn't have the wingpower to take off fully ;_;

Big Macintosh enters the school room, and says "Howdy ya'll, mah name's Big Macintosh and ah'm your new teacher. Eeyup! So first of all, let's get to know each other. How about we write a paper on our hopes and dreams!

Five minutes later

"Time's up! Now, who wants to share first? Diamond Tiara?"

Diamond Tiara stands up, and says "My name is Diamond Tiara, and my dream is to be sensei's bride."

I call it "Foal no Jikan!"

I got new pony merch, a Pinkie fig with poseable legs, a saddle, and she's even got a light-up Element of Laughter equipped :3

• Tail extensions? Why would you even need that
• Also kids, you shouldn't make fun of Twi about that she doesn't even seem to care about her status as nobility except to use it as an unlimited budget for books and !Science! equipment and storage space. I bet she buys her own complex telescopes :3
• Spike sure loves the Epic Moustache spell
• Dashie's hooves are totally ticklish (There's a soft hooftip under the hard hoof itself, I bet Dashie really is ticklish there :3)
