Yeah, the synopsis in that picture read like a fanfic description. The largest nail in the coffin was referring to Derpy as a mailmare, when this has almost no basis in the show itself. She worked on a moving crew once, and is otherwise seen involved with the weather when doing anything at all. We've even gotten two mailponies with unique designs that aren't her.

@Twi: yeah, that's the idea, that you can extrapolate past and future books from any single book, because books refer to those in the past and influence the ones in the future.

Yeah, given that the only listed source is Wikipedia, I'm skeptical until we get something from a source that's actually related to the show.
