Considering Shining Armor's marriage:
Assuming the marriage actually goes through (and is on the level; we're still unsure about that) and all alicorns are considered deities (we're also unsure about that), this would make Twilight sister-in-law to a goddess. I'm a little iffy on genealogy, but technically that might even make her very slightly related to Celestia herself.
Suffice it to say the Sparkle family name may be set for life.
