Well, there's a Pony Emblem and Pony Kart fangame being made, and John De Lancie's coming back to do more voice work.

GECK is a Garden of Eden Creation Kit, a smaller version of the Gardens of Equestria machine and it originates in Fallout.

About the memes thing, I think that the part where Sweetie Belle scoots around from Sisterhooves Social got turned into a meme a bit, and Crackle seems to be turning into one or is at least getting lots of fanart. The same with the beat-up looking Twilight from the "future." Also, I think the fact that there was so much fighting over Derpy in The Last Round-Up got turned into a meme itself, at least from what I've seen.

It does seem like this season doesn't have as many memes, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Memes can be fun inside jokes for fans and they can make outsiders curious, but they can also easily annoy people, especially memes that bash certain characters (like the thing about Pinkie Pie being "evil" or the same with Celestia). It could also be that more might spring up or get popularized during the time between the 2nd and 3rd series.

Yeah, 20% Cooler got on my nerves for a while, back when it was used practicallynonstop.

I thought of something else concerning memes and season 2. While the stories from season 2 aren't creating as many memes, there are more references in the actual stories to fan memes, such as Derpy or having Doctor Whooves spin the hourglass at the cider contest.
