@ Ginger: There have been fics written about many a thing. Well the werewolf one was more of a single chapter in a story focussing on the mane six becoming monsters. Rarity became a vampire, Rainbow became a Kaiju etc.

I'm not certain but I think she became a giant version of herself. The Sonic Rainboom levelled up proportional to her size as well.
