Applejack's superpower, if we're including more magical abilities as well as enhanced physical abilities, could involve throwing giant apples at her enemies. And if she wanted to be sneaky, she could poison them with the seeds, which I've heard have cyanide in them.

AJ totally does frontline work, she's less of a spy and more of a trooper. Of course, she might make a good lie-detector :D If the Mane Six was a Incident Resolution Team (oh wait they already are

), she's the team Muscle. With her Lassoo/Grapple skills and steady hooves, she can bring down large opponents and at least partially immobilise them.

Here's what I think...RD would be like Batman...strong, total mook smasher, martial arts...and she can fly!

AJ is like the earliest version of Superman...immensely strong, but not as fast and efficient as mook smashing.

AJ's style would revolve around strong 1v1 (esp. versus large opponents) and herding techniques with some crowd-control moves.

I dunnno, I imagine RD is a speedster type hero, , perhaps a light based one like admiral Kizaru so she can manipulate light and go super super fast.

Pinkie I imagine is either Plastic man or a heroic version of The trickster or perhaps a combination of the two.
