From Derpy's article on the MLP Wikia:

The episode was removed from iTunes a week after its release, and put back up on 24 February 2012, with Derpy's scene altered: a few words are omitted from the dialog, in particular Rainbow Dash does not name Derpy; Derpy's voice is different and more feminine; and Derpy's eyes are not as acutely crossed in a few of the shots in the scene. This alteration does not appear in The Friendship Express DVD, nor in recent reruns of the episode. (emphasis added by me)

Wait, since when did The Last Roundup actually rerun on The Hub? If this is true, that's awesome.

I believe the Derpy edit isn't present on the first batch of The Friendship Express DVDs, but it is present in the second batch. Which is a shame, because apparently there's an audio syncing error in the first batch.

Actually, from what I've heard the DVD replacements are fine. It appears that so far, the edit is only on iTunes.
