As interesting as either parts (or both) of the wedding couple being evil would be, I sincerely doubt that Hasbro would let them make that move.
Though if Twilight's brother did turn out to be evil, that would be quite the punch to the gut.

That reminds me, I wonder if Mupen64Plus has AVI output and/or audio input recording? If so, it'd be a good excuse to re-WUBI-fy my computer with Ubuntu, though I might want to hold off until Ubuntu 12.04 is released next month...

How "cool" they will be, will ultimately come down to what kind of plot they decide to go with. If it is a Slice of Life two-parter like some have said, then it is very likely that the conflict will come from either the bride or the groom (or both), with them making up at the end. If we do get an antagonist, then perhaps they will be cool from the start.
