@Ginger: The one inter-mane cast ship that I have literally seen nothing for is Rarity X Pinkie. Though I'm sure it probably exist, particularly after the last few episodes.

Rarity pairings in general are pretty unpopular. Unless it is Rarijack. That is pretty popular.
